Keep Up with Lake Norman's Moves
The summer is winding down and soon kids all around Lake Norman will be heading back to school. For our parents out there who are really struggling to come up with fresh ideas to keep their kids entertained on the home stretch, I’ve shared a list of 7 activities to do with your children before school starts back.
I’ve read all of the local headlines so you don’t have to.
A Duke University professor discusses the potential health dangers that some Mooresville daycares and schools face, due to the fact that they are built on top of or near coal ash deposits.
Despite complaints from nearby residents and protests, Mooresville has approved the development of a mixed-use community on 52 acres that will add up to 350 homes.
The Cornelius police department responded to a falsely reported emergency call, a prank trend called “swatting” that is gaining popularity across the country.
Nominate your favorite local business or craftsman for the annual “Coolest Thing Made in NC” competition, which was won last year by a Troutman based company.
Don’t miss these events coming to a community near you!
Some events require attendees to purchase tickets beforehand. Please check each event individually for specific ticket sale information and other important details.
