New business is booming around Lake Norman! In the past week, many companies have either relocated to LKN or announced plans for new developments in the coming years.

High Branch Brewing Co. out of Concord, NC opened a new taproom in downtown Mooresville this weekend.

Wanzl North America, a national shopping cart manufacturer, has just moved its corporate headquarters to Denver.

The developer behind Huntersville’s failed "Lagoona Bay” project has submitted a proposal to build a mini-storage and commercial space in Huntersville.

ITI Communications, a Charlotte based IT service provider, is seeking property rezoning so they can move their corporate headquarters to Denver.
